For almost as long as I can remember, Cheez-Its have been my favorite snack crackers. One of my earliest childhood memories is that of me and my best friend at the time, Todd Edwards, eating Cheez-Its together while sitting in my garage on a hot summer day. There are many Cheez-It imitators, some of which are pretty good, but none are better than original Cheez-Its. The cheese flavor and crunch just cannot be beat. For a tasty combination, eat them with a glass of milk. I think that milk complements them better than any other beverage. Try it! My other favorite way to eat Cheez-Its is to put them inside a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Yum!
I love cheez- it thats my snack during the day at my job or home. I have to buy them in bulk.
Cheez-Its are great. When, in that rare case they get stale, I would warm them in the oven with a light sprinkling of garlic powder on top of them. YUM!
Posted by: Frodrick at October 10, 2005 8:09 AMCheez-Its are magical. They unquestionably reign over their (good, but just nowhere near the league of Cheez-Its) Cheese Nip competitors.
Posted by: Kirsten at October 10, 2005 11:48 AMI totally agree with milk as the best beverage with cheez-its. Chocolate milk is awesome too.
Posted by: zac at October 10, 2005 12:05 PMReduced fat cheez-its are pretty darn good too. I could eat the whole box.
Posted by: Jennie at October 11, 2005 8:48 AMI love cheez-its!
Ha!
Posted by: The Phantom at October 11, 2005 9:37 AMCheez-Its definitely belong in the Phood Hall of Fame. They are legendary. One of the best crackers out there--no doubt.
I've tried the reduced fat kind too, and I'll agree. They're also very good and high above the standards for low fat snacks.
Posted by: mb at October 11, 2005 6:13 PMLove the regular...you must try the tobasco ones...oh so yummy!
Posted by: Alicia at October 11, 2005 8:39 PMIt's the snack of choice in the office. We always have a pleniful supply. They be da bomb diggity.
Posted by: Lucy at October 12, 2005 6:04 AMThats so funny you mention eating Cheezits with milk. I thought I was the only one. They are good. I grew up in Kansas City about two miles from a sunshine factory and I could smell them all the time. I still love them.
Posted by: Nate at December 3, 2005 7:31 AMtheir great
Posted by: matt at January 20, 2006 9:50 AMI like cheezits very much, better than that other brand. I have some almost every night. There is a problem with the back seal. It comes apart. It would be nice to fix this problem. Thank You
Posted by: Barbara Rice at January 30, 2006 12:30 PMHow dare someone knock on Cheez-Its with milk I have never tried them with milk but believe you me it sounds delicious. I think mainly because it includes the best ingredient " Cheez-Its" those things are too good.
Posted by: Mars' at July 25, 2006 8:28 AMREDUCED FAT! PERFECT-Ohhhhh so good! Yumm
Posted by: LAMITY at September 19, 2006 12:29 PMYou have a great blog. How can you write such good articles ?
Posted by: Alex at October 5, 2006 12:48 PMCheez-Its are simply the best. Problem for me - I'm in Canada where Cheez-Its are, inexplicably, given that Sunshine is now part of the Kellog's empire, not available in Canada. I stock up when I'm in the US and bring 'em back.
Posted by: Lions4ever at October 13, 2006 1:11 PMI love my Cheez-its but try the 4 cheese (available only at Wal Mart in this area) or the white cheddar version. now go GET YOUR OWN BOX
Posted by: bojo at October 18, 2006 2:32 AMMy favorite snack is a box of cheez-its and some iced tea. It's got to be the instant powder kind that you add water to and then mix in a bunch of sugar. When I was a kid, I used to like to stuff as many cheez-its into my mouth as possible then just sip the iced-tea, letting the sugary tea mix with the salty crackers. Pretty much any sweet liquid will work the same, iced cold Pepsi from the can is good too. Call me a freak, but try it and you'll see what I mean.
Posted by: nummers at November 2, 2006 2:39 PMDude!! Cheez-Its are AMAZING!
They're so addicting.
I eat the whole box.
Yummmmm =]
Does anyone actually know why Cheez-It's are not sold in Canada? Or if there are any plans to market them here? Kinda sucks I gotta drive an hour to the USA to stock up.
Posted by: Marc at November 14, 2006 7:51 PM...Got to love those Cheez-Its. Also try using them for breading on fried chicken. Smash them up and coat your chicken and fry it up. I do agree they are the perfect companion to a PB&J.
Posted by: Jeremy at January 3, 2007 2:39 PMok, cheez-its kick a*s! they so beat sunchips anyday!
Posted by: vs.SunChips at January 17, 2007 5:35 PMcheez-its are great for the munchies

omg! i didnt think anyone else uses milk to compliment salty snacks, such as cheez-its. you're awesome for knowing that! i love milk with ritz-bits also.
Posted by: viaesta at April 8, 2007 5:49 PMCheez-it are so good. It is something I can take to work and snack on. As a matter of fact I am going to eat some right NOW!!!!
Posted by: Biscut at April 27, 2007 12:40 PMYou guys really need to try Cheez-it's in your chili instead of saltines.... De-friggin-licious
Posted by: SciHobo at June 26, 2007 1:55 AMI love Cheez-it crackers! My favorites are the once-in-a-while slightly overcooked ones; I'd buy boxes of "extra crispy" Cheez-its if they sold them. (I don't like the occasional undercooked ones.)
Do you remember another product -- I thought it was Cheese Nips, but apparently not -- that was a cylindrical shape? Sort of looked like a long capsule and had a cheese taste. Are they still around? Would like to try them again. I just tried some Cheese Nips, after 30+ years, and they taste more like cheddar Goldfish than Cheez-its.
Cheez-it rules!
Posted by: CheeseLover-VA at June 30, 2007 2:53 PMI've always liked cheez-its unique tang.Occasionally I`ve settled for Cheese Nips, but they didnt taste the same.Cheez-its are great out of the box,but also great as a topping for soups, chili, salads, etc.
Cheez-It crackers are a serious addiction. My husband has to monitor my Cheez-It use.
Posted by: tigershelton at August 26, 2007 10:50 AMWhite cheddar is the best one out there!
Posted by: hummer at August 27, 2007 6:30 PMHey. I am looking for the number of the CHeeze-It factory, because I made up a song, and it is really good, and I want it to be on a commercial for the cheeze-it. I planned all f it out, the commercial song, the commercial itself. So please if anyone knows the Cheeze-It number, tell me. Thank you and have a Blessed day.
Posted by: Aaliyah at June 19, 2008 9:07 AMhas anyone had cheez-it breaded chicken? im tempted to try it but scared it will be gross
Posted by: Claire at August 20, 2008 4:43 PMI work with an American who came up to Nova Scotia to work with us in 2006. He always raved about this "Cheez-It" snack cracker which I knew nothing about and was not available here. Last week I took my family on vacation to NH/ME and spotted this snack box in WalMart so I picked up a box to take back to him. He just opened them so I thought I'd try one. WOW, they are fansastic... the best snack cracker I have ever tried. If only I picked up two...
Posted by: Darryl at August 26, 2008 7:43 AMWould you list a recipe for a cheeze-it salad
