Coke C2

cokec2.jpgOnly a few days after I first tried Pepsi Edge, I found Coke’s new low-sugar cola, C2, in a local store. I was very anxious to taste is and compare it to Pepsi Edge, which did not impress me at all. I am surprised that C2 is as good as it is. It has a good cola flavor and lots of carbonation, which were both lacking in Pepsi Edge. C2 has more sweetness than Pepsi Edge, and I find it much more enjoyable to drink. While I probably will never buy a Pepsi Edge, I can see myself buying C2 occasionally. In the low-sugar cola wars, Coke is the clear winner.

Now I'm drinking a C2. It's much better than Pepsi Edge.

Coke C2 tasted normal in the bottle, but when I bought it in the can, it tasted pretty funky. I like Coke w/ Lime better!

I love C2 and cannot get it in my area. Where can I still find it? Any help is appreciated. Thanx

In answer to Kim. I don't know where you live but I am in Tennessee and can't find C2 either. My daughter lives in Atlanta, GA (Coke Headquarters is there) and she can't find it either. Have emailed the CocaCola Company and can't get an answer except it's up to the local distributor if they want to manufacture it. The product is still showing on the Coke website. I too would like to hear from anyone that has some information. I think all the C2 lovers need to blast the Coke Company with complaints.

Jeanne,

I've been venting to Coke & my local bottler in New Mexico since C2 disappeared in PHX last week.
I've heard the same run around; Coke - still a valid line of product, contact your local bottler. Local bottler - left me a v-mail " C2 is discontinued in the PHX Valley."

I'm very concerned when Zero came out & C2 2 liters disappeared & now fridge packs are gone.

There's no product like C2. I refuse to drink "diet" colas. I was just cutting back from Coke Classic. I guess I'll go back to Classic Coke, but drink half as much.

How sad, a good product wasn't promoted properly. Zero & Coke Blak will suffer the same fate

I saw C2 grow, then contract, then disappear. I contacted Coke in Feb to find out that despite an email I saw that someone had gotten from them a month and a half before asserting that there were no plans to discontinue C2, that they had indeed done just that. The North Carolina bottler still makes it until April, when they stop making the syrup altogether. I've found many who think this is ludicrous and want Coke to bring it back, because essentially they killed their own product by funnelling all the advertising dollars to the far inferior Coke Zero (largest product launch in 23 years vs. w/ C2 you couldn't even get it in 12 packs until it had been around for a year!) I've started this email bring.back.c2@gmail.com where I encourage to write whatever they want Coke to hear, and by sending the email it will serve as signing my online petition as well. I will try to get enough responses to make them take notice.
