Ritz Bits S'mores Sandwiches
Ritz Bits S’mores Sandwiches try to capture the flavor of a s’more in a bite-size snack. Surprisingly, they succeed. Each S’more sandwich is made from two small, round graham crackers (I think they are actually more like a cookie than a cracker…), with chocolate and marshmallow in between them. The graham crackers are very good, and you can taste the chocolate in the middle. The marshmallow filling, however, is kind of hard to taste; I wish that there was more marshmallow in them. Overall, these little cracker sandwiches are very tasty, and go great with a tall glass of milk.

Actually, I didn't like them too much. The middle was pasty (I think I could feel the sugar crystals) and stiff, like old Oreo filling. I would have liked the filling to be creamier--like real chocolate and marshmallow.

Instead, they're really just two delicious little cookies with chocolate and vanilla frosting smushed in between. How can you go wrong?
